摘要
干眼症是由于泪液的量或质或流体动力学异常引起的泪膜不稳定和(或)眼表损害,从而导致眼不适症状及视功能障碍的一类疾病。随着生活节奏加快、工作压力增大、环境污染、终端视频等电子产品的广泛应用等,本病发病率逐渐增加,因此备受关注。现试从中医五轮学说理论、结合脏腑对其进行阐述,期望能指导临床选方用药,为干眼症的综合防治提供新思路。
Dry eye disease is a kind of disease in which tear film instability and/or ocular surface damage caused by abnormal quantity,quality or fluid dynamics of tear fluid,resulting in ocular discomfort and visual dysfunction.With the accelerated pace of life,increased work pressure,environmental pollution,and the widespread application of electronic products such as terminal video,the incidence of dry eye disease has gradually increased,so it has attracted much attention in clinic.Now,the disease is elucidated from the five-wheels theory and the internal organs in this paper,it is hoped that it can guide the clinical selection of prescriptions and provide a new idea for the comprehensive prevention and treatment of dry eye disease.
