摘要
目的:系统评价冬病夏治三伏贴对小儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法:通过检索中国知网、维普、万方、PubMed等数据库,获取“冬病夏治”三伏贴辅助治疗对小儿哮喘的临床疗效的随机对照试验,检索时限为数据库建立至2021年1月,由两名研究员进行独立检索,并采用Cochrane量表对纳入文献进行质量评价和资料提取,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:与常规治疗相比,“冬病夏治”三伏贴辅助治疗小儿哮喘可明显提高临床总有效率[OR=4.23,95%CI(3.12,5.74),P<0.00001],明显降低哮喘发作次数[SMD=-1.24,95%CI(-2.00,-0.49),P<0.05],明显改善最大呼气流速(Peak Expiratory Flow,PEF)值[SMD=0.58,95%CI(-0.01,1.18),P<0.00001],对第1秒用力呼气容积(Forced Expiratory Volume in 1 Second,FEV_(1))值的影响无明显差异[MD=0.71,95%CI(0.35,1.08),P<0.05],对第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量(Forced Vital Capacity,FVC)的百分比(FEV_(1)/FVC)值的影响无明显差异[MD=4.08,95%CI(0.52,7.64),P=0.02],对不良事件发生率的影响亦无明显差异[OR=0.81,95%CI(0.24,2.73),P=0.74]。结论:与单纯治疗相比,“冬病夏治”三伏贴辅助治疗可明显提高哮喘患儿的临床总有效率,降低哮喘发作次数,改善PEF值,但是由于纳入文献质量相对不高,仍需要更高质量的研究进一步验证。
Objective:To systematically evaluate clinical effects of the Sanfu paste(三伏贴)for‘winter disease and summer treatment’on children asthma.Methods:The randomized controlled trials of the clinical efficacy of the Sanfu paste for‘Winter disease and summer treatment’on children asthma from the establishment of database to January 2021 were retrieved from CNKI,VIP,WANFANG database,PubMed and so on.Two researchers conducted independent retrieval,the quality of the included literature was evaluted,and the data was extracted according to the Cochrane scale.RevMan5.3 software was used for a Meta-analysis.Results:Compared with conventional treatment,the Sanfu paste for‘Winter disease and summer treatment’on children asthma can significantly improve the total efficiency[OR=4,23,95%CI(3.12,5.74),P<0.00001],obviously reduce the number of asthma attacks[SMD=-1.24,95%CI(-2.00,-0.49),P<0.05],and the PEF value[SMD=0.58,95%CI(-0.01,1.18),P<0.00001].There was no significant difference in the effect on FEV1 values[MD=0.71,95%CI(0.35,1.08),P<0.05],FEV1/FVC values[MD=4.08,95%CI(0.52,7.64),P=0.02],and the incidence of adverse events[OR=0.81,95%CI(0.24,2.73),P=0.74].Conclusion:Compared with simple treatment,the Sanfu paste for‘Winter disease and summer treatment’on children asthma can obviously improve the total efficiency,reduce the number of asthma attacks,ameliorate the PEF value.But because of the relatively low quality of the literature,further validation of higher quality articles is still required.
