摘要
运用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法探究农村电商发展促进减贫增收实现的多重因素的影响机制。本文以山东曹县大集镇25个"淘宝村"为样本案例,依据文献理论和实地调研访谈,研究其前因变量和结果变量间的关系,提出适合农村电商发展的针对性路径。研究结论表明:电商培训、人才引进、电商比例、教育水平、龙头企业及销售渠道对农村电商发展都可能产生促进作用,但不存在必然发挥作用的前因条件;依据农村电商发展的四个核心维度(电商培训、人才引进、龙头企业和销售渠道),将农村电商发展促进减贫增收路径分为人才主导型、市场主导政府辅助型、政企合作主导型以及市场主导型四种;从因素的不同条件组态出发,为农村电商发展更有效地产生减贫增收效应提供了有价值的启示。
The fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fs QCA) method is used to explore the influence mechanism of multiple factors that promote the realization of poverty reduction and income increase in the development of rural e-commerce. This article takes 25 "Taobao villages" in Daji town,Cao county,Shandong province as sample cases,and studies the relationship between the antecedent variables and the outcome variables based on the theoretical basis of literature and field investigations and interviews,in order to propose a targeted path suitable for the development of rural e-commerce. The research conclusions show that: the e-commerce training,talent introduction,e-commerce proportion,education level,leading enterprises and sales channels may all promote the development of rural e-commerce,but there is no antecedent condition that must play a role;based on the development of rural e-commerce’s the four core dimensions(e-commerce training,talent introduction,leading enterprises and sales channels) of the rural e-commerce development promote poverty reduction and income increase into Talent-led,market-led government-assisted,government-enterprise cooperation-led,and market-led four types;starting from different conditional configurations of factors,it provides valuable enlightenment for how to develop rural e-commerce to more effectively produce poverty reduction and income increase effects.
