摘要
本文在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,通过优先浮选工艺与合理的药剂制度,对某尾矿中铅、金、硫等有价元素的综合回收进行了试验研究,获得了合格的铅精矿与硫精矿。其中铅精矿中铅品位43.30%,铅回收率74.18%,铅精矿含金20.10 g/t,金回收率47.73%;硫精矿中硫品位44.18%,硫回收率83.02%。试验结果表明,该选别工艺及药剂制度可以有效回收某尾矿中的铅、金、硫等有价资源。
Based on the study of process mineralogy,the comprehensive recovery of lead,gold,sulfur and other valuable elements in a tailings was studied by preferential flotation process and reasonable reagent system.Qualified lead concentrate and sulfur concentrate were obtained.Among them,the lead grade in the lead concentrate is 43.30%,the lead recovery rate is 74.18%,the gold content in the lead concentrate is 20.10 g/t,and the gold recovery rate is 47.73%;the sulfur grade in the sulfur concentrate is 44.18%,and the sulfur recovery rate is 83.02%.The results show that the separation process and reagent system can effectively recover valuable resources such as lead,gold and sulfur from tailings.
