摘要
为了解决山地景区道路排水抗滑性能不足存在的安全隐患,先把将不同掺量废轮胎橡胶粉掺入SBS改性沥青中,制成复合改性沥青混合料试件。然后检测不同掺量橡胶粉复合改性沥青混合料试件的各项路用性能。最后对试验段路面采用最佳橡胶粉掺量的复合改性沥青混合料进行施工并检测其排水抗滑性能。结果表明:在满足沥青路面排水抗滑性能和其他各项路用性能的基础上,推荐废轮胎橡胶粉掺量为20%左右;试验段随机抽样15处,得到渗水系数和BNP均值为6122 mL·min^(-1)和68.9,表现出优良的排水抗滑性能。
In order to solve the potential safety question of roads in mountainous areas due to insufficient drainage and anti-skid performance in rainy seasons,different dosages of crumb rubber modifier were mixed into SBS modified asphalt to make composite modified asphalt mixture.Then the drainage,anti-skid performance and other road performances of the composite modified asphalt mixture with different mass fraction of crumb rubber modifier were tested.Finally,the road surface of the test section was constructed with the compound modified asphalt mixture,and its drainage and anti-skid performance was tested.The results showed that,considering the road conditions in mountainous areas and the principle of economy and environmental protection,the recommended mass fraction of crumb rubber modifier was about 20%on the basis of meeting the drainage and anti-skid performance of asphalt pavement and other road performance;and the test fifteen points were randomly sampled in the section,and the average values of water permeability coefficient and BNP were 6122 mL·min^(-1) and 68.9,which showed excellent drainage and anti-skid performance.
