摘要 通过对5000 m智能地质岩心钻机的控制内容以及工艺操作流程的分析,提出了控制系统的架构,搭建了系统控制网络,构建了统一的控制系统平台和人机界面;分析司钻操作形式的利弊,选择设计一体化司钻座椅作为钻机控制载体,并统筹布局了司钻座椅的控制功能,优化了钻机操控面板,兼容集成了视频监控系统。最终,钻机实现了对复杂钻机的控制系统集成和使用集成,从而降低司钻操作钻机的难度,缓解司钻的作业疲劳,提高司钻协同作业效率。 Through the analysis on the control content and process operation flow of 5000 m intelligent geological core drilling rig, the architecture of the control system is proposed, the system control network is built, and a unified control system platform and man-machine interface are constructed. Based on the advantages and disadvantages analysis of driller’s operation form, the integrated driller’s seat was selected as the control carrier of drilling rig, and the control function of driller’s seat was arranged as a whole, the control panel of drilling rig was optimized, and the video monitoring system was compatible and integrated. Finally, the integration of control system and use of complex drilling rig is realized, therefore the driller’s operation difficulty is reduced, the driller’s fatigue is relieved, and the driller’s cooperative operation efficiency is improved.
