摘要
农业科技服务是集成农业技术、成果及人才诸要素,促进农民增收、农业增效、推动乡村振兴的有效途径。文章以淮安市农业科学研究院(以下简称“淮安市农科院”)为例,在调查研究的基础上,针对科技服务路径探索提出了如下建议:一是提高政治站位,切实担负起服务乡村产业振兴使命;二是致力科技攻关,筑牢科技服务乡村振兴之基础;三是创新载体模式,优化科技服务品质;四是加强组织保障,完善考核奖励机制。
Agricultural science and technology service is an effective way to integrate the elements of agricultural technology,achievements and talents,promote farmers'income,increase agricultural efficiency and promote rural revitalization.Taking the Huai'an Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,and based on the investigation and research,the following suggestions for the exploration of science and technology service paths were made:Firstly,improve political positions and earnestly,and take up the mission of serving the revitalization of rural industries;Secondly,to devote to scientific and technological research,and build the foundation of scientific and technological services for rural revitalization;Thirdly,to innovate the carrier model and to optimize the quality of scientific and technological services;Fourthly,to strengthen organizational guarantees and improve the assessment and reward mechanism.
