基于FLAC3D对巷道开挖及支护力学效应分析

摘要 巷道的施工以及后期的使用都具有潜在的危险性,故而对巷道开挖力学效应研究分析尤为重要。本文主要采用FLAC3D软件来模拟巷道开挖,针对Ⅱ级围岩采用全断面开挖方法对巷道围岩应力、位移、和应变的发展进行分析。并采用锚杆进行支护对比分析支护后围岩的相关特征。分析模拟的结果得到:在巷道的两侧和巷道与地面的接触面会产生应力集中的现象,极易造成破坏,产生应力和变形最大的部位是巷道拱顶和底部,具有最大的潜在破坏性。通过对巷道的模拟能够有效的评判在施工过程中最为危险的地方,提前加强支护,从而有效的减少重大的经济损失。 The construction and later use of roadway are potentially dangerous,so it is particularly important to study and analyze the mechanical effect of roadway excavation.In this paper,FLAC3D software is mainly used to simulate the excavation of roadway,and the development of stress,displacement and strain of roadway surrounding rock is analyzed by using the full section excavation method forⅡgrade surrounding rock.The relative characteristics of surrounding rock after support are compared and analyzed by using anchor rod.The results of the analysis and simulation show that stress concentration will occur on both sides of the roadway and the contact surface between the roadway and the ground,which is easy to cause damage.The vault and bottom of the roadway are the places with the largest stress and deformation,which have the largest potential damage.Through the simulation of the roadway can effectively judge the most dangerous place in the construction process,strengthen the support in advance,so as to effectively reduce the significant economic losses.
