内生真菌与宿主禾草共生机制的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 Epichloe属内生真菌通常与冷季型禾草共生,形成具有稳定互惠关系的禾草内生真菌共生体,分布极其广泛。禾草内生真菌可促进宿主的生长以及提高宿主对多种逆境胁迫的耐受性,在可持续发展农业中有着非凡潜力。对禾草内生真菌的侵染机理、其与宿主共生的分子机制及其生态功能等方面的研究进行综述,探讨当前研究存在的问题并加以展望,为禾草内生真菌应用于草地畜牧业的健康发展奠定理论基础。 Grass endophytic fungi are mutualistic symbionts with stable and reciprocal relationship formed by Epichloё species and cold season grasses,which are widely distributed and can promote the growth of the host and improve the tolerance of the host to a variety of adverse stresses.They have special potential in sustainable agriculture.In recent years,the comprehensive expansion of this research field and the continuous innovation of research technology have promoted the in-depth understanding and utilization of the symbiotic relationship of grass endophytic fungi,and presented outstanding findings.This paper summarizes the research on the infection mechanism of grass endophytic fungi,the molecular mechanisms of symbiosis with host and its ecological function,discusses the existing problems and prospects,so as to provide a theoretical foundation for healthy development of grass endophytic fungi in grassland and animal husbandry.
