摘要
生物质热解油是一种绿色低碳、可用于雾化燃烧的液体燃料,但在实际应用中存在运动粘度高、雾化燃烧不充分、现有燃油喷头及燃烧器不适用等问题。综述了热解油雾化技术最新研究进展,详细介绍了生物质热解油的组成成分和理化性质,系统分析了液相介质、雾化方式、雾化条件等对热解油雾化的影响以及内在规律。通过国内外雾化技术归纳总结,梳理了热解油雾化评价指标和较为先进的检测方法,以期为热解油高效清洁利用提供技术参考。
Biomass pyrolysis oil is a kind of green and low-carbon liquid fuel that can be used for atomization combustion,but in practical application,there are some problems such as high kinematic viscosity,insufficient atomization combustion,and inapplicability of existing fuel nozzle and burner.The latest research progress of pyrolytic oil atomization technology was reviewed,the composition and physicochemical properties of biomass pyrolysis oil were introduced in detail,and the influence of liquid medium,atomization method and atomization conditions on the atomization of pyrolytic oil and its internal laws were systematically analyzed.Based on the summary of atomization technology at home and abroad,the evaluation indexes and advanced detection methods of atomization of pyrolytic oil were sorted out,in order to provide technical reference for efficient and clean utilization of pyrolytic oil.
