摘要
石墨烯是一种新型的碳纳米材料,将石墨烯与二氧化钛(TiO_(2))复合可大大提高复合材料的光催化性能,在光催化领域具有广泛的应用前景。通过对光催化氧化工艺对VOCs的降解效果进行阐述和试验分析,比较了石墨烯/TiO_(2)修饰的光催化基板与普通TiO_(2)光催化基板对VOCs的降解能力。同时将石墨烯/TiO_(2)修饰的光催化基板应用于某医药企业VOCs治理工程上,根据检测结果可知,负载了石墨烯/TiO_(2)复合催化剂的光催化氧化设备对含乙醇的有机废气有高效的去除率,进气质量浓度在250 mg/m;以内可稳定达标排放。
Graphene is a new kind of carbon nano-materials and when it is incorporated into TiO_(2)semiconductor to form a composite materials,TiO_(2)photocatalytic performance could be greatly enhanced and the composite has extensive application prospect in the field of photocatalysis.This study mainly discussed the degradation effect of photocatalytic oxidation(PCO)on volatile organic compounds(VOCs)and experimental analysis,performed a comparative analysis of Gr-TiO_(2)-modified andregular TiO_(2)photocatalytic plates for VOCs degradation.And Gr-TiO_(2)-modified photocatalytic plate was applied to a medical enterprise’s VOCs treatment project,according to the test results,the photocatalytic-oxidation equipment with Gr-TiO_(2)-modified catalyst has a high removal rate of VOCs.When the intake concentration is less than 250 mg/m;,the discharge can reach the standard steadily.
