摘要
目的:探讨喉部良性病变患者应用鼻内窥镜+支撑喉镜下手术治疗的临床效果及对患者QOL评分的影响。方法:选取本院2019年8月-2020年8月收治的喉部良性病变患者86例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各43例。对照组应用支撑喉镜手术治疗,研究组应用鼻内窥镜+支撑喉镜下手术治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、QOL评分及并发症(鼻腔黏膜受损、牙齿松动、软腭受损、舌根擦伤)发生情况。结果:研究组总有效率为95.35%高于对照组的74.42%(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组QOL评分中的8个条目评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组术后并发症发生率30.23%高于研究组的6.98%(P<0.05)。结论:应用鼻内窥镜支撑喉镜下手术治疗喉部良性病变患者,可提高临床效果,有效改善患者的喉部肿物、声嘶等症状,同时,有效降低并发症发生率,安全性较高,有利于患者咽部功能尽早恢复,进一步提升其生活质量,具有推广价值。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of surgical treatment under nasal endoscopic support and laryngoscope for patients with benign laryngeal diseases and the effect on the QOL score of patients.Method:A total of 86 patients with benign laryngeal lesions admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected,they were divided into the control group and study group by random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with support laryngoscope surgery,and the study group was treated with nasal endoscope+ surgical treatment under support laryngoscope.The treatment effects,QOL scores and complications (damaged to the nasal mucosa,loose teeth,damaged soft palate,and abrasions at the base of the tongue) were compared between the two groups.Result:The effective rate of the study group was 95.35%,higher than 74.42% of the control group (P<0.05);after treatment,8 items of QOL scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05);the postoperative complication rate of the control group was 30.23%,higher than 6.98% of the study group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nasal endoscope supporting laryngoscope in the surgical treatment of patients with benign laryngeal lesions can improve the clinical efficiency,effectively improve the symptoms of laryngeal mass and hoarseness,effectively reduce the incidence of complications,have high safety,help patients recover their pharyngeal function as soon as possible,and further improve their quality of life,it has popularization value.
