摘要
针对端头回收三角煤、端头支护困难、人员用工多等问题,大淑村矿进行长期的探索、技术论证和多次改进,提出了"采煤机上行至端头代替人工卧底的方法回收上端头底部三角煤"以及"综放工作面端头支架和超前支护支架综合支护的理念",并研制了端头使用的ZT6800/26/55型专用端头支架和ZQ1800/19/40型门式超前支护支架,且以大淑村矿172404采煤工作面为例进行了工业性应用和效益分析。结果表明,研制的专用端头支架和门式超前支护支架稳定性好,有效保障了端头支护安全,同时减少了端头三角煤的丢失,提高煤炭资源回收率。
In view of the problems such as the recovery of triangular coal at the end,the difficulty of end support and the large number of personnel,Dashucun coal mine has carried out long-term exploration,repeated demonstration and many improvements,and put forward"the method of coal mining machine ascending to the end instead of manual undercover"and"the concept of comprehensive support of end support and advanced support in fully mechanized caving face".ZT6800/26/55 special end support and ZQ1800/19/40 portal advanced support are developed.Taking 172404 working face of Dashucun coal mine as an example,the industrial application and benefit analysis are carried out.The results show that the stability of the special end support and portal advanced support is good,which effectively ensures the safety of end support.At the same time,it reduces the loss of end triangular coal and improves the recovery rate of coal resources.
