超声辅助对甲苯磺酸催化合成阿司匹林的研究

摘要 目的:利用正交试验探索超声辅助对甲苯磺酸催化合成阿司匹林的最优条件。方法:以水杨酸和乙酸酐为原料,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,探讨超声功率、时间、温度和催化剂用量对阿司匹林产率的影响,并进行了三因素三水平正交设计筛选最优条件。结果:最优条件为超声功率120W,时间30min,催化剂用量0.02g,超声温度50℃,产率为78.53%。结论:对比回流加热法,在相同反应条件下超声辅助合成阿司匹林产率提高了15.32%,更有利于反应的进行。 Objective:To explore the optimal conditions for the synthesis of aspirin catalyzed by ultrasound-assisted p-toluenesulfonic acid.Methods:Aspirin was synthesized from salicylic acid and acetic anhydride using p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst.Firstly,a single factor experiment was carried out to explore the effects of ultrasonic power,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic temperature and catalyst dosage on the yield of aspirin.The three factors of ultrasonic time,ultrasonic temperature and catalyst dosage were selected,and then the optimal conditions were screened out through orthogonal test with three factors and three levels.Results:The optimal conditions were obtained as follows:ultrasonic power 120 W,ultrasonic time 30 min,dosage of catalyst 0.02 g,ultrasonic temperature 50℃,and under above conditions the yield of aspirin was 78.53%.Conclusion:Compared with the traditional reflux heating method,the yield of ultrasound-assisted synthesis of aspirin was increased by 15.32%,and the ultrasound-assisted method could effectively simplify the operation.
