摘要
软水加热器在工业、化工业中广泛使用,但是它的安全设计等问题是人们极为关注的问题。文章主要研究软水加热器封头的开孔处应力分析,利用ANSYS Workbench对球形封头的开孔处与接管连接处数值模拟并结合单目标优化算法对封头厚度进行优化,最后依据国家标准JB4732-1995验证优化后结构的安全性。
Soft water heater is widely used in industry and chemical industry,but its safety design is a matter of great concern.It mainly studies the stress analysis at the opening of the head of the soft water heater.ANSYS Workbench is used to numerically simulate the opening of the spherical head and the connection between the nozzle and the nozzle,and the thickness of the head is optimized by combining with the single objective optimization algorithm.Finally,the safety of the optimized structure is verified according to the national standard JB4732-1995.
