摘要
目的探讨椅旁CAD/CAM玻璃瓷嵌体与光固化复合树脂充填治疗牙楔状缺损的临床效果。方法选取2017年6月至2019年8月于厦门医学院附属口腔医院行牙楔状缺损填充患者40例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各20例。研究组行椅旁CAD/CAM玻璃瓷嵌体修复,对照组行光固化复合树脂充填,治疗后随访2年。比较两组的治疗效果、修复体美观度、生活质量评分及远期效果。结果研究组修复成功率为95.00%,高于对照组的55.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组修复体颜色、半透明度及边缘美观度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组形态评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组治疗后生活质量各项评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组远期效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论椅旁CAD/CAM玻璃瓷嵌体在牙楔状缺损患者修复治疗中获得较好效果,牙齿美观度较高,且远期效果好,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of chair side CAD/CAM glass ceramic inlay and light curing composite resin in the treatment of wedge-shaped defect.Methods A total of 40 patients with wedge-shaped teeth filling in Stomatology Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen Medical College from June 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 20 patients in each group.The study group was repaired with CAD/CAM glass ceramic inlay beside the chair,and the control group was filled with light curing composite resin.The patients were followed up for 2 years after treatment.The treatment effect,restoration aesthetics,quality of life score and long-term effect were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of repair in the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 55.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The color,semitaphaneity and edge aesthetic score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in morphology between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of quality of life in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The long-term effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chair side CAD/CAM glass ceramic inlay has a good effect in the repair and treatment of wedge-shaped defects,with high tooth aesthetics and good long-term effect,which is worthy of popularization.
