摘要
目的探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合补中益气汤治疗脾胃虚弱型老年性慢性腹泻的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月阳江市中医医院收治的120例脾胃虚弱型老年性慢性腹泻患者作为研究对象,采用抛硬币法将其分为常规组与联合组,每组各60例。常规组患者采用双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,联合组患者在常规组基础上联合补中益气汤治疗。比较两组患者的疗效、症状改善情况、腹泻缓解时间与不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者的治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后的症状积分低于治疗前,且联合组患者治疗后的症状积分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组患者的腹泻缓解时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合补中益气汤治疗脾胃虚弱型老年性慢性腹泻的效果与单用双歧杆菌四联活菌片基本相当,但联合补中益气汤治疗的患者,其症状改善更为明显,腹泻缓解时间更短。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bifidobacterium Quadruple Viable Tablets combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of weak spleen and stomach type senile chronic diarrhea.Methods A total of 120 patients with weak spleen and stomach type senile chronic diarrhea admitted to Yangjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into conventional group and combined group by coin flipping method,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the conventional group were treated with Bifidobacterium Quadruple Viable Tablets,while patients in the combined group were treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the basis of the conventional group.The efficacy,symptom improvement,diarrhea relief time and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Symptom scores after treatment in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and symptom score after treatment in combined group was lower than that in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The diarrhea relief time in combined group was shorter than that in conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Bifidobacterium Quadruple Viable Tablets combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in treating of weak spleen and stomach type senile chronic diarrhea is basically equivalent to that of Bifidobacterium Quadruple Viable Tablets alone,but the symptoms of patients with combine Buzhong Yiqi Decoction are more improved,and the relief time of diarrhea is shorter.
