摘要
炼油设备在生产作业的过程中,受到环境和材料等多方面的影响,其产生腐蚀的可能性相对较高,为提高设备运行安全性,应对其进行防护管理。文章就炼油设备腐蚀与防护管理方案进行探究,阐述造成炼油设备腐蚀的原因,并对原因进行详细分析,详述通过相应的防护管理措施,保护炼油设备的安全性,进一步提升设备整体管理效果。
In the process of production and operation,oil ref ining equipment is affected by many aspects such as environment and materials,and its possibility of corrosion is relatively high.In order to improve the operation safety of equipment,protection management should be carried out.This paper explores the corrosion and protection management scheme of oil ref ining equipment,expounds the causes of oil ref ining equipment corrosion,analyzes the causes in detail,and tries to protect the safety of oil ref ining equipment through corresponding protection and management measures,further improve the overall construction management effect.
