摘要 站场及管道油品泄漏具有隐蔽性强、治理成本高等特点,一旦发生泄漏将造成严重的污染后果。系统研究国内外地下水监测质量要求与政策差异,分析了国内外地下水环境监测特点,对比了地下水、土壤与饮用水环境中石油烃类物质的标准指标,并结合国内油气管道生产实际,提出了国内标准制修订建议。 Oil leakage in stations and pipelines has strong concealment and high treatment cost. Once leakage occurs, it will cause serious pollution. By systematically studying the quality requirements and policy differences of groundwater monitoring at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the characteristics of groundwater environment monitoring at home and abroad, compares the indexes of petroleum hydrocarbons in groundwater, soil and drinking water environment in domestic and international standards, and puts forward suggestions on the formulation and revision of domestic standards in combination with the actual operation conditions of domestic oil and gas pipelines.
