摘要
目的通过使用PDCA循环法,建立门诊调剂药学服务的标准化流程,全面提升门诊药学服务品质。方法 2013—2019年,通过三次使用PDCA循环法,逐次对门诊药房的现状进行细化分析,并制定针对性的改进措施,建立调剂药学服务的标准化流程。结果三次PDCA循环后,建立一系列标准化流程,患者取药时间由以前高峰期的15 min缩短到高峰期等待时间5 min以内,为患者获取更多得到用药交待的时间,患者满意度从80.5%上升至94.8%。结论门诊药房使用PDCA循环法,缩短患者取药时间,建立一支同质化用药交待药师队伍,提升患者就医体验,进一步体现药师在药学服务中的价值。
Objective To establish a new mode and path of dispensing pharmaceutical care in outpatient department, improving the quality of outpatient pharmaceutical care in our hospital. Methods From 2013 to 2019, after the third time of PDCA, we make a detailed analysis of the current situation of outpatient pharmacy, formulate improvement measures, and establish a standardized process of dispensation of pharmaceutical care. Results Establishing standardized drug delivery procedures and medication instructions after the improvement, meanwhile, the waiting time of patients was shortened from 15 minutes to less than 5 minutes in the peak period, patient satisfaction increased from 80.5% to 94.8%. Conclusion Trough PDCA, shorten the waiting time, form a team of homogeneous drug delivery pharmacists, establish a team of homogeneous drug delivery pharmacists, improve patients’ medical experience, further reflect the value of pharmacists in pharmaceutical care, and optimize the quality of pharmaceutical care in the outpatient department of our hospital.
