摘要
目的观察综合护理在射频消融术结合臭氧微创治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者中的临床效果。方法选取2020年3月至2021年3月在我院接受射频消融术结合臭氧微创治疗的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为常规护理组与综合护理组,各40例,观察两组患者的护理优良率、不良心理、疼痛症状及腰椎功能、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果综合护理组护理优良率明显高于常规护理组(P<0.05);干预前两组不良心理指标(SAS评分、SDS评分)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后综合护理组AS评分、SDS评分明显优于常规护理组(P<0.05);干预前两组疼痛症状(VAS评分)及腰椎功能(TOA评分、ODI评分)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后综合护理组疼痛症状及腰椎功能改善状况明显优于常规护理组(P<0.05);综合护理组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度(护理技术水平、护理态度、护理舒适度、人性化护理)明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与常规护理相比,综合护理可提高射频消融术结合臭氧微创治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的护理有效性,改善其不良心理及疼痛症状,降低并发症发生率,提高腰椎功能及护理满意度。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone minimally invasive treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods From March 2020 to March 2021,80 patients with lumbar disc herniation who underwent radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone minimally invasive treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into routine nursing group and comprehensive nursing group,with 40 cases in each group.The nursing excellence,adverse psychology,pain symptoms,lumbar function,complication rate and nursing satisfaction indexes of the two groups were observed.Results The excellence of nursing in the comprehensive nursing group was significantly higher than that in the routine nursing group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the comprehensive nursing group was significantly better than the routine nursing group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pain symptoms(VAS score)and lumbar function(TOA score and ODI score)between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the improvement of pain symptoms and lumbar function in the comprehensive nursing group was significantly better than that in the routine nursing group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction(nursing technology level,nursing attitude,nursing comfort and humanized nursing)in the comprehensive nursing group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and all nursing satisfaction indexes in the comprehensive nursing group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine nursing,comprehensive nursing can improve the nursing effectiveness of radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone minimally invasive treatment for patients with lumbar disc herniation,improve adverse psychological and pain symptoms,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve lumbar function and nursing satisfaction.
