优质护理在小儿感冒发热中的应用分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨小儿感冒发热中应用优质护理的效果。方法从我院2017年9月至2018年9月接诊的感冒发热小儿94例为研究对象。活动展开中根据随机抛硬币的方法将患儿分为两组,每组47例。在所有患儿接受治疗时,对照组患儿辅助展开常规性护理服务,观察组则在对照组患儿基础上实施优质护理。对比不同护理措施下的临床效果。结果分析两组患儿家长护理满意度,对照组与观察组差异明显,对照组为78.72%,低于观察组患儿(95.74%),P<0.05;观察组患儿感冒症状持续时间、发热时间、住院时间都短于对照组,P<0.05,且观察组患儿体温反跳率要低于对照组,P<0.05。结论在治疗感冒发热小儿的过程中,为其提供优质护理服务,可快速缓解患儿不适,改善患儿临床症状提高患儿家属的护理满意度,有效缩短患儿住院时间,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective To explore the effect of quality nursing in children's cold and fever.Methods From September 2017 to September 2018,94 children with cold and fever were studied.During the activity,the children were divided into two groups according to the method of randomly tossing coins,47 cases per group.When all the children received treatment,the control group was assisted to carry out routine nursing services,while the observation group was on the basis of the control group to carry out high-quality nursing.To compare the clinical effect of different nursing measures.Results The difference between the control group and the observation group was significant(78.72%in the control group lower than 95.74%in the observation group),P<0.05.The duration of cold symptoms,fever time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05,and the rate of body temperature rebound in the observation group was lower than that in the control group P<0.05.Conclusion In the process of treating children with colds and fevers,providing them with high-quality nursing services can quickly relieve the children's discomfort,improve the children's clinical symptoms,improve the nursing satisfaction of the children's family members,and effectively shorten the children's hospital stay.It has a high clinical application value.
