摘要
该文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,对“激越四段式”教学法的概念及基于“激越四段式”教学法的高校跆拳道线上教学改革进行探讨。其教学过程主要由“线上导学—学生自主学习—线上互动激发—线上激越”4个阶段组成,重点强调以学生为中心,以促进学生个性化发展,提高人才培养质量,促进教学相长和体育学科整合发展。同时,提出树立全面素质教育的培养目标、构建高校体育教学信息化平台、加强教师专业技能和信息化素养水平培训、制订全面性、针对性的考核评价办法等发展策略。
Using the methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper summarizes the concept of"stimulating and surpassing four stage"teaching method and probes into the taekwondo online teaching reform in colleges and universities based on this teaching method.Its teaching process is mainly composed of four stages of"online guidance-students'autonomous learning-online interactive stimulation-online surpassing",with emphasis on student-centered,so as to promote students'personalized development,improve the quality of talent training,and promote the growth of teaching and learning and the integrated development of physical education.At the same time,it puts forward some development strategies,such as establishing the training goal of comprehensive quality education,constructing the information platform of physical education in colleges and universities,strengthening the training of teachers'professional skills and information literacy,and formulating comprehensive and targeted assessment and evaluation methods.
