摘要
为提高植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum)BLPC002发酵产苯乳酸,通过单因素试验和Box-Behnken试验设计对菌株BLPC002发酵产苯乳酸的工艺条件进行优化。结果表明,菌株BLPC002产苯乳酸最佳发酵工艺条件为:摇床接种量2.5%、转速200 r/min、装液量170 mL/500 mL和发酵温度33℃。在该优化条件下,苯乳酸产量为2.66 g/L,是优化前的1.6倍。
In order to improve the yield of phenyllactic acid by fermentation of Lactobacillus plantarum BLPC002,the process conditions for phenyllactic acid production by strain BLPC002 were optimized by single factor experiments and Box-Behnken design experiments.The results showed that the optimal fermentation conditions for phenyllactic acid production by strain BLPC002 were as follows:inoculum 2.5%,rotating speed 200 r/min,liquid volume 170 ml/500 ml and fermentation temperature 33℃.Under the optimized conditions,the yield of phenyllactic acid was 2.66 g/L,which was 1.6 times that of before optimization.
