摘要 黏弹性输送带动态特性是约束带式输送机调速控制稳定性重要因素。为研究输送带动张力随带速非线性变化规律,设计并开发了基于LabVIEW的带式输送机动态特性参数监测系统。系统包括张力采集模块、带速采集模块、网络传输模块和上位机管理软件。系统以STM32F103ZET6单片机为主控芯片,并通过RS232串口转SIM8202G-M25G模块将数据远程传输至上位机,基于LabVIEW将各参数汇总,显示及保存回放,并做出实时预警。实验表明:该系统精度高、易移植,可为带式输送机调速控制模型建立提供数据支撑。 The dynamic characteristics of viscoelastic conveyor belt is an important factor to restrict the stability of speed control of belt conveyor.In order to reveal the non⁃linear variation law of belt tension with belt speed,a set of dynamic characteris⁃tic parameter monitoring system of belt conveyor based on LabVIEW was designed and developed.The system included tension and belt speed monitoring module,network transmission module and upper computer management software.The STM32F103ZET6 microcontroller was used as the main control chip,through RS232 serial port to SIM8202G-M25G module,the data was remotely transmitted to the host computer,all parameters were summarized,displayed and saved for playback,and real⁃time warning was made based on LabVIEW.The experiment shows that the system has high precision and is easy to transplant,which can provide data basis for the establishment of belt conveyor speed control model.
