摘要
近年来,我国建设行业的科研投入大幅增加,相关信息技术的研究开发也在增加,但信息技术的开发水平与应用水平还很落后。我国正在朝着信息化时代进发,对信息技术和信息管理的研究可以提高建设行业的管理水平。这是促进我国建设行业信息技术发展的最重要方法之一。但是,现阶段我国建筑业在信息管理方面还没有统一规划,与传统的管理方式衔接不畅。部分项目管理对信息化的理解不够清晰,盲目、重复建设等问题比较严重,导致建筑业信息化发展滞后。
In recent years,the scientific research investment in the construction industry has increased significantly,and the research and development of related information technology is also increasing,but the development level and application level of related information technology in the construction industry are still very backward.China is moving towards the information age,which is one of the main directions of the development of the construction industry in the world.The research on information technology and information management can improve the management level of the construction industry.It is also one of the most important ways to promote the development of information technology in China's construction industry.However,at the present stage,China's construction industry has no unified planning in information management,and the smooth connection with the traditional way of managing affairs is not very ideal.Some project management's understanding of informatization is not clear enough,and blind,repeated construction and other problems are relatively serious,leading to the lag in the development of informatization in the construction industry.
