富硒黄芪多糖对坝上长尾鸡抗氧化功能、脂代谢、组织硒含量及免疫功能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 【目的】研究饲粮添加富硒黄芪多糖(selenium-enriched astragalus polysaccharide,SAPS)对坝上长尾鸡抗氧化功能、脂代谢、组织硒含量及免疫功能的影响。【方法】试验采用单因子试验设计,选取30周龄1000只产蛋期坝上长尾鸡,随机分为5个组,每组10个重复,每个重复20只鸡。试验组分别饲喂在玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮中添加0.1%(Ⅰ组)、0.3%(Ⅱ组)、0.5%(Ⅲ组)、0.7%(Ⅳ组)、0.9%(Ⅴ组)的富硒黄芪多糖。【结果】随着富硒黄芪多糖的添加剂量从0.1%到0.9%,III组的SOD、GSH-Px分别比I组显著提高0.13%和0.4%(P<0.05),和其它组无显著差异(P>0.05);MDA含量在III组最低,但与其它各组差异均不显著(P>0.05)。III组血浆胆固醇分别比I、II、IV、V组显著降低0.9%,0.6%,0.3%,0.6%(P<0.05):III组的肝脏胆固醇最低,与其它组差异不显著(P>0.05)。甘油三酯:血浆III组比V组降低0.9%,表现为差异显著(P<0.05),与其它组相比较表现出无显著差异(P>0.05),肝脏III组比V组显著降低0.98%(P<0.05)。蛋硒含量在Ⅲ组最高,较其它组分别提高4.67%,4.28%,4.04%和4.28%(P<0.05)。Ⅲ组的血清硒含量较Ⅰ组和Ⅴ组分别显著提高6.60%和4.87%(P<0.05)。Ⅲ组的肝脏硒含量分别比Ⅰ组和Ⅴ组显著提高4.79%和4.12%(P<0.05)。Ⅲ组的肾脏硒含量较其它组分别显著提高4.61%,3.58%,3.95%和4.77%(P<0.05)。胸腺指数:Ⅲ组最高,与其它各组差异显著(P<0.05)。脾脏指数:Ⅲ组与Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅴ组差异显著(P<0.05)。法氏囊指数:Ⅲ组与低剂量Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组差异显著(P<0.05),与Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组差异不显著(P>0.05)。新城疫抗体效价7日龄:Ⅲ组是最高的,与Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅴ组差异较显著(P<0.05);且比最低的Ⅴ组显著提高18%。10日龄:Ⅲ组与Ⅰ组相比差异较显著(P<0.05),相比之下提高16%。禽流感抗体效价7日龄:Ⅲ组作为最高的,与Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅴ组差异显著(P<0.05);Ⅴ组最低,相比之下Ⅲ组抗体效价提高19%。10日龄:Ⅲ组比Ⅰ组显著提高19%(P<0.05),与Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组差异不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】日粮中添加富硒黄芪多糖较好地提高坝上长尾鸡的抗氧化功能和组织硒含量,增强了免疫功能和脂代谢能力,协同效应明显,以0.5%的剂量更具优势。 【Objective】The present paper aimed to explore the influence of the selenium-enriched astragalus polysaccharide(SAPS)on antioxidant function,lipid metabolism,tissue selenium content and immunity of Bashang long-tailed chickens.【Method】The experiment adopted a completely randomized trial design according to the routine feeding management and regulations.1000 healthy Bashang long-tailed chicken aged 30 weeks were selected.The chickens were randomly divided into 5 groups with 10 replocates per group and 20 chickens for each replicatie.The experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.1%(groupⅠ),0.3%(groupⅡ),0.5%(groupⅢ),0.7%(groupⅣ)and 0.9%(groupⅤ)selenium-enriched astragalus polysaccharide.【Result】Compared with group I,with the addition dose of the selenium-enriched astragalus polysaccharide from 0.1%to 0.9%,SOD and GSH PX in group Ⅲ were significantly increased by 0.13%and 0.4%,respectively(P<0.05),and there was no significant effect between group Ⅲ and other groups(P>0.05);MDA content was the lowest in group Ⅲ,but there were no significant differences among test groups(P>0.05).Plasma cholesterol in group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅳ and V by 0.9%,0.6%,0.3%and 0.6%,respectively(P<0.05).The selenium-enriched astragalus polysaccharide had no significant effects on Liver cholesterol(P>0.05).Triglyceride:compared with group V,triglyceride in group Ⅲ was decreased by 0.9%(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference compared with other test groups(P>0.05),and liver triglyceride in group Ⅲ was significantly lower than group V by 0.98%(P<0.05).Egg selenium content in group Ⅲ was the highest,which was higher than that in other groups by 4.67%,4.28%,4.04%and 4.28%(P<0.05).Compared with groupⅠand groupⅤ,serum selenium content in groupⅢwas significantly increased by 6.60%and 4.87%(P<0.05).Liver selenium content in groupⅢwas higher than that in groupⅠand groupⅤby 4.79%and 4.12%(P<0.05).Kidney seleniumin content in groupⅢwas increased by 4.61%,3.58%,3.95%and 4.77%,respectively(P<0.05).Spleen index:there were significant effects among groupⅢand groupⅠ,groupⅡand groupⅤ(P<0.05).Compared with low dose groups,bursa of fabricius index in groupⅢwas significantly increased(P<0.05).Newcastle disease antibody at 7 days age:groupⅢwas the highest,and there were significant effects among groupⅠ,groupⅡand groupⅤ(P<0.05);And groupⅢwas significantly increased than groupⅤby 18%(P<0.05),groupⅢwas significantly increased than groupⅠby 16%(P<0.05)at 10 days age;7 days age:compared with groupⅠ,groupⅡand groupⅤ,Avian influenza antibody in groupⅢwas the highest,and there were significant differences among groups(P<0.05);compared with groupⅤ,antibody titer in groupⅢwas increased by 19%(P<0.05),and the differences among groupⅡ,groupⅣand groupⅤwere significant(P>0.05).【Conclusion】The results indicated that the selenium-enriched astragalus polysaccharide added into the basal diet could improve the antioxidant function and tissue selenium content,and enhance the immunity and lipid metabolism ability.The dosage of 0.5%was more advantageous.
