摘要
目的了解天津市宁河区医务人员职业倦怠水平,并分析其影响因素,提出科学合理的建议,以期为医疗管理部门提供决策依据。方法选取2020年天津市宁河区公立医疗卫生机构609名医务人员作为研究对象,采用网络问卷调查法收集资料。调查工具为职业倦怠量表(MBI-GS),包含情感衰竭、去个性化、个人成就感低落三个维度。采用描述性分析、T检验、方差分析和Logistics回归分析方法对问卷结果进行统计分析。结果医务人员职业倦怠得分为3.006±0.824,332人存在职业倦怠,职业倦怠率为54.516%;单因素分析结果显示,不同单位组间(F=21.059,P<0.001)、性别组间(t=2.171,P=0.030)、学历组间(F=13.849,P=0.001)、职称组间(F=3.420,P=0.017)、工龄组间(F=13.564,P<0.001)、岗位组间(F=13.715,P<0.001)医务人员职业倦怠得分的差异具有统计学意义;Logistics回归分析结果显示,综合医院和中医院相对于公共卫生机构是职业倦怠的保护因素,临床和护理岗相对于药师岗、中级职称相对于高级职称、工龄为6~15年相对于大于26年是职业倦怠的危险因素。结论天津市宁河区医务人员职业倦怠发生率较高,综合医院和中医院相对于公共卫生卫生机构是职业倦怠的保护因素,临床和护理岗相对于药师岗、中级职称相对于高级职称、工龄为6~15年相对于大于26年是职业倦怠的危险因素。
Objective To understand the occupational burnout level of medical staff in Ninghe District of Tianjin City,analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide the reference for the health management department when they formulate policy measures.Methods A total of 609 medical staff from public health institutions in Ninghe District of Tianjin City were selected as the research objects in 2020.The data were collected by a network questionnaire survey.The survey tool was the Maslach Burnout Inventory(M BIGS).The data were analyzed by the descriptive analysis method,Ttest,analysis of variance and Logistic regression analysis.Results The average score of occupational burnout of the medical staff was 3.006±0.824,332 people had occupational burnout,and the occupational burnout rate was 54.516%.The results of univariate analysis showed that the occupational burnout rates of medical staff between/among different unit groups(F=21.059,P<0.001),gender groups(t=2.171,P=0.030),educational groups(F=13.849,P=0.001),professional title groups(F=3.420,P=0.017),length of service groups(F=13.564,P<0.001)and post groups(F=13.715,P<0.001)were significantly different.Logistic regression analysis showed that general hospitals and traditional Chinese medicine hospitals relative to public health institutions were the protective factors of occupational burnout,while clinical and nursing posts relative to pharmacist posts were the risk factors of occupational burnout,mediumgrade professional title relative to senior professional title was the risk factor of occupational burnout,length of service of 6-15 years relative to more than 26 years was the risk factor of occupational burnout.Conclusion There is a high incidence of occupational burnout among medical staff in Ninghe District of Tianjin City.General hospitals and traditional Chinese medicine hospitals relative to public health institutions are the protective factors of occupational burnout,but clinical and nursing posts relative to pharmacist posts,mediumgrade professional titles relative to senior professional titles,length of service of 6-15 years relative to more than 26 years are the risk factors of occupational burnout.
