摘要
通过对6种开化手工纸在湿热老化过程中的聚合度、分子量分布、撕裂度、色差等变化的分析,探究不同原料及工艺对手工纸的老化降解过程及耐久性的影响。结果表明手工纸在湿热老化进程中,产生了较多较低相对分子质量的组分,不仅使纤维素平均聚合度快速降低,分子量分布也会显著变窄。蒸煮与漂白工艺对手工纸老化降解过程及耐久性具有显著影响。二次弱碱蒸煮漂白工艺制备的手工纸具有较高分子量、较小分子链断裂速率、较高撕裂度保留率和较小色差值,其预期寿命是现代一次蒸煮漂白工艺的2倍以上。将降解速率较快的单一原料与其它耐久性较好的原料混合制备的手工纸会显著减缓单一原料的降解速率,提高纸张的耐久性。
The influence of various raw materials and processes on the aging degradation process and durability of six kaihua handmade papers was explored in the wet-heat aging process by analyzing the changes of the degree of polymerization(DP), molecular weight distribution, tearing degree, and color difference. The results showed that more components with lower molecular weight were produced during aging process, which caused the decrease of DP and significantly narrowed molecular weight distribution. Cooking and bleaching processes had a significant impact on the degradation process and durability of handmade paper. The secondary weak-alkali cooking and bleaching process exhibited higher molecular weight, lower molecular chain breaking rate, higher tear retention rate and smaller color difference value. Its expected life was more than twice that of the modern primary cooking and bleaching process. By mixing a single raw material with a faster degradation rate and other materials with better durability, the handmade paper prepared could significantly slow down the degradation rate of a single raw material and improve the durability of the paper.
