摘要
为了研究生姜、地黄、黄芪、益母草这四种植物提取物对肉种鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响,试验将320只290日龄的罗斯-308肉种鸡随机分成5组,分别为对照组、生姜组、地黄组、黄芪组和益母草组,每组4个重复,每个重复16只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加0.1%生姜提取物、0.1%地黄提取物、0.1%黄芪提取物和0.1%益母草提取物进行饲喂试验,预试期7 d,正试期42 d,测定各组肉种鸡的生产性能、蛋品质和孵化性能等指标。结果表明:从生产性能来看,黄芪组肉种鸡的产蛋率显著高于地黄组(P<0.05),与其他组比较差异不显著(P>0.05);地黄组种蛋合格率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),与其他组比较差异不显著(P>0.05);各组种蛋畸形率、种蛋破壳率均差异不显著(P>0.05)。从蛋品质来看,地黄组蛋重、蛋清重显著低于对照组、生姜组(P<0.05),与其他组比较差异不显著(P>0.05);各组蛋黄重、蛋壳重均差异不显著(P>0.05);生姜组、地黄组蛋白高度、哈氏单位极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),黄芪组、益母草组蛋白高度、哈氏单位与对照组相比均有改善趋势(P>0.05);地黄组种蛋中腰部蛋壳厚度极显著高于其他组(P<0.01),各组蛋壳大头厚度、小头厚度、平均厚度、蛋壳强度均差异不显著(P>0.05)。从孵化性能来看,黄芪组受精蛋孵化率显著高于对照组、生姜组和益母草组(P<0.05);黄芪组、生姜组、地黄组健雏率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);黄芪组种蛋受精率、入孵蛋孵化率虽未达到显著水平,但较其他四种植物提取物组有明显改善趋势。说明从产蛋率、孵化性能来看,黄芪提取物的综合应用效果较好。
In order to study the effects of extracts from four plants(ginger, rehmannia glutinosa, astragalus and motherwort) on production performance and egg quality of broiler breeders, a total of 320 290-day-old Rose-308 broiler breeders were randomly divided into five groups with four replicates per group and 16 chickens per replicate, namely control group, ginger group, rehmannia glutinosa group, astragalus group and motherwort group. The pre-trial period was 7 days, and the trial period was 42 days. Broiler breeders in the control group was fed a basic diet, and broiler breeders in the test groups was fed basal diet supplemented with 0.1% ginger extract, 0.1% rehmannia glutinosa extract, 0.1% astragalus extract and 0.1% motherwort extract, respectively. The production performance, egg quality and hatching performance of each group were measured. The results showed that, in terms of production performance, the egg production rate of broiler breeders in the astragalus group was significantly higher than that of the rehmannia glutinosa group(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference among other groups(P>0.05);the qualified rate of breeding eggs in the rehmannia glutinosa group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference among other groups(P>0.05);there were no significant differences in the rate of hatching egg deformity and the rate of hatching egg shell breaking among the groups(P>0.05). In terms of egg quality, the egg weight and egg white weight in the rehmannia glutinosa group were significantly lower than those in the control group and the ginger group(P<0.05), but there were no significant differences among other groups(P>0.05);there were no significant differences in egg yolk weight and eggshell weight among all groups(P>0.05);the protein height and Haugh unit in the ginger group and the rehmannia glutinosa group were extremely significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),while the protein height and Haugh unit in the astragalus group and motherwort group were not significantly different from that of control group(P>0.05). The eggshell thickness of hatching egg waist in the rehmannia glutinosa group was extremely significantly higher than that in the other groups(P<0.01), but there were no significant differences in eggshell thickness of the large end and the small end, average thickness and eggshell strength among all groups(P>0.05). In terms of incubation performance, the hatching rate of breeding eggs in the astragalus group was significantly higher than that in the control group, ginger group and motherwort group(P<0.05). The healthy chick rate in the astragalus group, ginger group and rehmannia glutinosa group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Although fertilization rate and hatching rate of breeding eggs in the astragalus group did not reach a significant level, they showed an obvious improvement trend compared with the other four groups. The results indicated that the comprehensive application effect of astragalus extract was better based on egg production rate and hatching performance.
