摘要
以重庆市中心城区近两年的内涝积水情况分析为切入点,介绍了山地城市在内涝防治中存在的问题及提出的对策建议。结合重庆市地形特征和内涝防治的情况,从内涝防治体系、竖向规划布局、设计管控、运维管理四个方面展开,分析了目前存在的问题和不足,并提出规划科学引领下加强内涝风险的评估,完善山地城市内涝防治的技术体系,尤其是雨水收水系统优化、管网设计标准的改进等技术体系,以及运维管理方面的建议。
Urban flooding problems in recent years in Chongqing urban-central area are studied and the analysis are carried out from following four aspects: flood prevention and mitigation system, vertical planning layout, design procedure management, operation and maintenance management. Based on the solid analysis, suggestions such as scientific flood master planning, flood risk assessment implementation, improvement of technical system, such as enhancing drainage collection system, improving pipe design standard as well as sound operation/maintenance procedure.
