摘要
基于2017年全国流动人口动态监测调查数据,采用描述统计和二元logistic回归方法分析流动老人的社会支持情况及其对健康的影响与作用机制。研究发现,流动老人整体健康状况较好,但存在较高健康风险。家庭支持、社会交往支持以及社区健康服务支持对其健康均有显著影响。建议通过强化家庭支持、鼓励流动老人重建社会交往网络、提升基层健康服务质量等,构建流动老人社会支持体系,增进其健康福祉。
Based on the data from China Migrants Dynamic Survey in 2017,the descriptive statistics and binary logistic regression are used to analyze the social support status of the floating elderly and its impact on health and mechanism.The study finds that the overall health status of the floating elderly is good,but there exist higher health risks.Family support,social interaction and community health service have significant effects on their health.It is suggested to build a social support system for the floating elderly to improve their health and well-being by means of strengthening family health support and encouraging them to rebuild social network and improving the community-level health services.
