摘要
目的:探讨参芪扶正注射液联合GP化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年7月期间河南省荣军医院收治的68例NSCLC患者,依照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各34例。对照组以GP化疗治疗,观察组以GP化疗联合参芪扶正注射液治疗。比较两组疗效及治疗前后CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为70.59%,高于对照组的44.12%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,对照组患者CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均较治疗前降低,观察组CD4^(+)水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组的CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:GP化疗联合参芪扶正注射液治疗NSCLC效果显著,能减轻免疫功能损伤。
Objective To explore the effect of Niuqi Fuzheng injection combined with GP chemotherapy to treat non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Chooses 68 patients with NSCLC in the admission of Henan Province from January 2018 to July 2019,divided into observation group and control group according to the random digital table,and 34 patients.The control group was treated with GP chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with GP chemotherapy.Two groups of efficacy and CD4^(+),CD3^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)level before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of patients in observation group was 70.59%higher than 44.12%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);CD4^(+),CD3^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)level in the first two groups of patients,no statistics(P>0.05);patients with CD4^(+),CD3^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),CD4^(+),CD3^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)level of observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion GP chemotherapy combined with Shenqi supporting injection of NSCLC is remarkable,and immune functional damage can be reduced.
