感温电缆温度-电阻特性评估方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 为避免温度-电阻特性不能满足要求的感温电缆在现场应用,提出了一种感温电缆温度-电阻特性评估方法,该方法可实现感温电缆温度-电阻特性量化分级,有效降低感温电缆的误报火警率。首先在研究感温电缆等效测量电路和温度-电阻特性曲线的基础上,分析了感温电缆的火灾报警原理。然后基于感温电缆温度-电阻特性标准曲线与实际曲线的对比情况,将感温电缆温度-电阻特性分为优、良、差三个等级,并给出了三个等级对应的处理方法。最后研制了一套温度-电阻特性评估装置,现场试验结果表明该装置的电阻测量精度较高,且能够实现感温电缆温度-电阻特性的准确评估,保证感温电缆可靠运行。 In order to avoid the application of temperature-sensing cables whose temperature-resistance characteristics cannot meet the requirements in the field,a method for evaluating the temperature-resistance characteristics of temperature sensing cables is proposed,which can realize the quantitative classifying of the temperature-resistance characteristics of temperaturesensing cable and effectively reduce the false alarm rate.First,on the basis of studying the equivalent measurement circuit and temperature-resistance characteristic curve of temperature-sensing cable,the fire alarm principle of the temperature-sensing cable is analyzed.Then based on the comparison between the temperature-resistance characteristic standard curve and the actual curve,the temperature-resistance characteristic of the temperature-sensing cable is divided into three grades,such as excellent,good and poor,and the corresponding processing methods for the three grades are given.Finally,a set of temperature-resistance characteristic evaluation device is developed.The field test results show that the resistance measurement accuracy of the device is high,and it can realize the accurate evaluation of the temperature-resistance characteristics of the temperature-sensing cable ensuring the reliable operation of the temperature-sensing cable.
