美国整合性STEM教育背景下的教师专业标准建设与借鉴 被引量:4

摘要 美国政府和教育组织将培育高质量教师队伍作为支撑整合性STEM教育的重要保障。以培养适应未来需求的STEM人才为目标,形成对教师开展整合性STEM教育的标准化要求;从学生、学科内容、教学方法、技术应用等维度出发,改进教师专业标准;通过基于模块化设计的实现策略来推动新标准的落实;颁布指导性文件、研发教育资料,使新标准得到应用和推广。以新标准为核心,构建一系列补充和支撑举措。美国在整合性STEM教育背景下开展的教师专业标准建设,对我国的STEM教师队伍建设有一定的启示意义。 The US government and educational organizations regard the cultivation of high-quality teachers as an important guarantee to support integrated STEM education.In other words,the goal should be to cultivate STEM talents suitable for future needs,and standardized requirements should be formed for teachers to carry out integrated STEM education.That is,teachers’professional standards should be improved from the perspectives of students,content,teaching methods and technology application;and should through the implementation strategy based on modular design to promote the implementation of new standards;and only by issuing guidance documents and developing educational materials can the new standards be applied and promoted;with the new standards,a series of complementary and supporting measures are constructed.The development of teacher professional standards in the context of integrated STEM education in the United States of America can be used as a reference for the cultivation of STEM teachers in China.
