摘要
随着拆改项目的增加,砖-砼混合再生砂在建筑垃圾再利用中的比例越来越大。文中对砖含量为30%的砖-砼混合再生砂进行各项性能指标试验,并分析不同砖含量和取代率对水泥砂浆性能的影响。试验结果表明:砖-砼混合再生砂品质较差,应根据相关规范慎重使用;砖含量和取代率的提高会降低砂浆保水率、稠度和7d抗压强度;砖含量的变化对砂浆性能的影响比取代率变化造成的影响大。
With the increase of demolition and reconstruction projects,the proportion of brick-concrete mixed recycled sand in the reuse of construction waste has been increasing.In this paper,the performance indexes of brick-concrete mixed recycled sand with brick content of 30%were tested.And the effects of different brick content and replace rate on the properties of cement mortar were analyzed.The test result has shown that the quality of brick-concrete mixed recycled sand was poor and should be used carefully according to relevant specifications.The increase of brick content and replace rate would reduce the water retention,consistency and 7 d compressive strength of mortar.The change of brick content had a greater impact on the performance of mortar than the change of replace rate.
