Synergistic Effect Evaluation and Methodological Study on Mixed Pyrazolesterase and Phenamacril on Alternaria alternata

摘要 [目的]用不同方法评价农药混配效果,探索科学简便的农药混配效果评价方法,指导生产应用。[方法]分别用Colby法、Wadley法和D-饱和最优回归设计法评价吡唑醚菌酯和氰烯菌酯混配对链格孢菌的抑制效果。[结果]3种评价方法均获得2种药剂用对链格孢菌具有增效的一致结论。[结论]D-饱和最优回归设计法兼具Cobly法试验组别少和Wadley法获得药剂整体相互作用的优点,同时可获得2种药剂最优配比等复杂的信息,可用于药剂的混配效果评价。 [Aims]This study aims to evaluate the mixing effect by using different methods to explore a scientific and simple pesticide mixing effect evaluation method for guiding the production and application.[Methods]Colby method,Wadley method and D-saturated optimal regression design method were used to evaluate the inhibitory effect of the mixed pyrazolesterase and phenamacril on Alternaria alternata.[Results]The three evaluation methods obtained the same conclusion that the two agents had synergistic effect on A.alternaria.[Conclusions]The D-saturated optimal regression design method can be used to evaluate the mixing effect of agents,which has the advantages of Cobly with few experiment groups and Wadley method obtaining the overall interaction of agents,and can obtain complex information such as the optimal ratio of two agents as well.
