火炬水封罐水封高度设置的分析及应用 被引量:1

摘要 使用水封罐是防止火炬回火的重要措施。在设有放空气回收系统时,水封高度的设置不仅需要满足阻火、维持系统压力的要求,还需要满足气柜回收所需的管网背压需求。按照规范SH 3009—2013计算水封罐水封高度要求,结合气柜操作压力3.6 kPa,根据生产试运行情况,从设计角度提出水封高度方案。根据对水封高度调整的模拟分析以及调研情况,提出水封高度的优化设置建议,即水封高度的相应压力高出气柜操作压力0.50~3.00 kPa,可为今后此类工程的水封高度设计和管理提供参考。 Applying water sealed tank is an important measure to prevent flare backfire.When gas discharge recovery system is set,the setting of water seal height not only meets the requirements of fire resistance and system pressure maintenance,but also meets the demand of pipe network back pressure for gas recovery by gas holder.According to the specification SH 3009-2013,the water seal height requirements of water sealed tank were calculated,and the water seal height scheme was proposed from the design perspective based on the operating pressure of gas holder of 3.6 kPa and the production and trial operation conditions.According to the simulation analysis and investigation on the adjustment of water seal height,the optimization of water seal height was proposed,that is,the corresponding pressure of the water seal height is higher than the operating pressure of the gas holder by 0.50~3.00 kPa,which provides reference for the design and management of water seal for similar projects in the future.
