摘要
以往采用力学模型或者图像处理对输电线路的覆冰厚度进行测量误差较大。因此,设计了一种基于称重法和气象站的输电线路覆冰厚度测量系统。根据模拟实际输电线路的真实环境条件,建立输电线路的覆冰模型,得到覆冰厚度与覆冰重量、环境参数的关系;将模拟导线搭载在观冰机器人,模拟导线与真实导线的环境相同;通过称重传感器得到模拟导线的覆冰重量,气象模块收集导线附近的环境数据;最终根据覆冰模型,计算得到近似的覆冰厚度。试验表明,该测量系统对覆冰厚度的测量误差较小,可以广泛应用于输电线路的覆冰预警。
In the past,mechanical models or image processing were used to measure the icing thickness of transmission lines with large errors.Therefore,this paper designs a transmission line ice monitoring system based on analog wires.According to the actual environmental conditions of the simulated actual transmission line,the ice coating model of the transmission line is established to obtain the relationship between the ice coating thickness and the ice coating weight and environmental parameters;the simulated wire is mounted on the ice-watching robot,and the simulated wire is in the same environment as the real wire;The icing weight of the simulated wire is obtained through the load cell,and the weather module collects environmental data near the wire;finally,the approximate icing thickness is calculated according to the icing model.Experiments have shown that the monitoring system has a small measurement error of ice thickness,and can be widely used in early warning of ice coating on transmission lines.
