一种双光源双光路红外气体探测器防爆设计与研制

Explosion proof design and development of a dual-light dual-path infrared gas detector

摘要 采用双光源双光路技术设计了一款红外气体探测器,把红外光源、光电探测器、电路板等关键部件密封在一个密闭空间里,不受灰尘、水汽等环境因素干扰,长期稳定性好。采用开放式光路,有效避免腔体侧壁反射的影响。采用一次反射光路增加有效光程,提高检测灵敏度和可靠性。壳体材质为316L不锈钢,耐腐蚀能力强。螺纹数、胶封工艺等设计均满足防爆标准的相关要求。通过了温度、热剧变、耐热耐寒、抗冲击等实验,满足防爆标准的相关实验要求。已取得防爆证书,可应用在爆炸性气体环境中。 In this paper,an infrared gas detector is designed by using dual-light source and dual-light path technology.The infrared light source,photoelectric detector,circuit board and other key components are sealed in a enclosed space,so the gas detector is free from dust,water vapor and other environmental factors,and has a good long-term stability.Open optical path is adopted to avoid the effect of reflection on the side wall of cavity.A single reflected light path is used to increase the effective optical path,therefore the detection sensitivity and reliability is improved.The shell is made of 316 L stainless steel with strong corrosion resistance.The design of screw thread number and glue sealing process meet the relevant requirements of explosion-proof standards.The gas detector has passed the temperature,the thermal upheaval,the heat and cold resistance,the impact resistance,etc.And it meets the relevant experimental requirements of explosion-proof standards.Explosion-proof certificate has been obtained,and the gas detector can be used in explosive gas environment.
