类风湿关节炎合并肺动脉高压1例
摘要
类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种以对称性、侵蚀性为主要特征的系统性、慢性、炎症性自身免疫性疾病。本病常见的关节外受累脏器在肺部,肺受累表现多样,最常见为间质性肺疾病(ILD)和肺动脉高压(PAH)。大多数全身性结缔组织病(CTD)合并PAH(CTD-PAH)患者早期症状较轻,容易被忽视,很难早期诊断及治疗,因此类风湿关节炎患者定期筛查肺动脉压力很有必要。
