摘要
围绕高校创新创业复合型人才培养,构建了给排水科学与工程专业兼具创新研究与工程实践能力的新工科人才培养体系,从教学内容、教学方案、教学模式等方面搭建了多层次人才培养方案;研究提出了根据课程体系特点而制定的实践教学与创新教学方案,打造全方位学生培养途径,系统全面分析了人才培养成效。研究结果有助于环境类专业教师更好地开展新工科建设和创新创业型人才培养。
Around the personnel training of innovation and entrepreneurship,the talent training system of water supply and drainage science and engineering major in the new engineering background was proposed.Multi-level talent training scheme has been built from the aspects of teaching content,scheme and training mode.The paper put forward the practical and innovative teaching plan formulated and comprehensive way of student training according to the characteristics of the curriculum.And it systematically and comprehensively analyzed the results of talent training.The research results was meaningful for the environmental professional teachers to better carry out the new engineering construction and the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
