摘要
随着大数据、人工智能、区块链等信息技术广泛应用于实验室建设与管理,建立一个高度智能化、自动化、数字化的实验室,将成为未来高校实验室的重大战略任务。该文通过文献分析、实地调研、专家访谈等研究手段,分析了管理改革的核心指标及要求,构建了实验室管理综合改革的模型,揭示了在建设世界一流大学高地的时代背景下实验室管理的新特点,提炼和总结了我国实验室实践活动的规律,为推动高校实验室改革提供相应的决策依据。
With the wide application of big data,artificial intelligence,blockchain and other information technologies in laboratory construction and management,establishing a highly intelligent,automated and digital laboratory will become a major strategic task for university laboratories in the future.By means of literature analysis,field investigation and expert interview,this paper analyzes the core indicators and requirements of management reform,constructs a model of comprehensive reform of laboratory management,reveals the new characteristics of laboratory management under the background of building a world-class university highland,refines and summarizes the regularity of laboratory practice activities in China,which provides corresponding decision-making basis for promoting the reform of university laboratory.
