摘要
目的研究分析黄芪建中汤加减联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染性胃溃疡的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年4月上蔡县人民医院收治的82例Hp感染性胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,并按照随机数表法将其随机分为治疗组(41例)和对照组(41例),治疗组患者行黄芪建中汤加减联合四联疗法治疗,对照组患者行常规四联疗法治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、Hp转阴率、中医证候积分变化情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗8周后,治疗组患者临床疗效明显优于对照组(Z=-2.651,P=0.008),Hp转阴率明显高于对照组(χ^(2)=6.609,P=0.010),中医证候积分明显低于对照组(t=6.390,P<0.001);治疗期间,治疗组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(χ^(2)=6.474,P=0.011)。结论黄芪建中汤加减联合四联疗法治疗Hp感染性胃溃疡,可有效改善患者临床症状,提高Hp转阴率,降低不良反应发生率,疗效确切。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of modified Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter Pylori(Hp)induced gastric ulcer.Methods 82 patients with Hp-induced gastric ulcers,admitted to Shangcai People’s Hospital from January 2019 to April 2020,were enrolled and divided,using random number table,into treatment group(n=41)treated with modified Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with quadruple therapy and control group(n=41)treated with conventional quadruple therapy only.The clinical efficacy,Hp negative conversion rate,changes of TCM syndrome score and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy in treatment group was significantly better than control group(Z=-2.651,P=0.008),the Hp negative conversion rate was significantly higher(χ^(2)=6.609,P=0.010),and TCM syndrome score was significantly lower(t=6.390,P<0.001)than control group.During the course of treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group was significantly lower than control group(χ^(2)=6.474,P=0.011).Conclusion Modified Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of Hp-induced gastric ulcer can improve patient’s clinical symptoms,increase Hp negative conversion rate and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and the efficacy was definite.
