摘要
超高性能混凝土(UHPC)是一种新型纤维增强水泥基复合材料,具有优异的力学与耐久性能,是近年来的研究热点。随着试验研究的深入,UHPC在国内外桥梁工程中的应用日益增多。本文综述了UHPC桥梁在加拿大、法国、韩国、美国、马来西亚和中国的发展,调研了UHPC在主梁结构、桥面结构、桥梁接缝中的应用。研究结果表明:UHPC用于主梁结构可充分利用其良好的力学性能,有效减轻结构自重并改善混凝土开裂;因其良好的耐磨耗、抗渗透与抗腐蚀性能,适用于既有破损桥面铺装的修复或直接用作新建桥梁的桥面结构;用于桥梁接缝时亦展现了良好的力学性能与耐久性能,可显著提高装配式结构的抗裂、抗震、抗疲劳等性能。因此,UHPC在桥梁工程中具有良好的应用前景与推广价值。
Ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)is a new type of fiber reinforced cement-based composite material.Its excellent mechanical properties and durability are attractive and it has become a research hotspot in recent years.With the deep experimental studies,the application of UHPC in bridge engineering is increasing.The development of UHPC bridges in Canada,France,South Korea,USA,Malaysia and China was introduced,and the applications of UHPC in girders,deck structures and bridge joints were investigated.Research results indicate that the application of UHPC in girders may effectively reduce the self-weight of the structure and improve the cracking in concrete due to its excellent mechanical properties.UHPC has favorable resistances of abrasion,permeability,and corrosion;therefore,it is appropriate for the rehabilitation of existing damaged bridge deck pavement or it may be directly used as the bridge deck structure of new bridges.It also shows admirable mechanical properties and durability when used in bridge joints,contributing to better anti-crack,anti-seismic,and anti-fatigue performances of assembled structures.Thus,UHPC has promising application prospect and promotion value in bridge engineering.
