摘要
在生态文明建设视域下,利用2015—2019年26个省(区、市)的省际面板数据,研究环境治理对体育消费升级的影响。研究发现,环境污染程度每下降1%,体育消费升级指数将增加0.79%,即环境治理水平对体育消费结构的转型升级具有显著影响;分区域来看,环境污染程度每下降1%,东中西部的体育消费升级指数分别增加0.73%,0.54%及0.50%,且东部地区环境治理水平的提升程度对体育消费结构的影响最大;调节效应显示,以城市绿化率为代表指标的城市生态文明建设程度越高,环境治理水平对体育消费升级指数的影响越大,即生态文明建设与环境治理形成的双轮协同效应对体育消费升级具有更强的促进作用。上述结论表明,在新发展阶段、新发展理念、新发展格局背景下,我国需要积极贯彻生态文明建设理念,持续深化环境治理体系和环境治理现代化建设,注重区域协同发展,才能真正实现体育消费结构的转型升级。
From the perspective of ecological civilization construction,the inter-provincial panel data of 26 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)from 2015 to 2019 were used to study the impact of environmental governance on the sports consumption upgrade.It has been found that the sports consumption upgrade index increases by 0.79%when the environmental pollution level decreases by 1%,indicating that the transformation of sports consumption structure is significantly affected by the level of environmental governance.From the regional perspective,when the environmental pollution level decreases by 1%,the sports consumption upgrade indices in the central,eastern and western regions increase by 0.73%,0.54%and 0.50%,respectively,suggesting that the environmental governance level in the eastern region has the greatest impact to the sports consumption structure.The regulation effect shows that the higher the degree of urban ecological civilization construction with urban greening rate as the representative index is,the more impact of sports consumption upgrade index by the environmental governance level achieves;that is to say,the sports consumption upgrade is driven by the two-round synergy effect formed by the ecological civilization construction and the environmental governance.The above conclusions show that under the background of new development stage,new development concept and new development pattern,whether the sports consumption structure can be transformed and upgraded is affected by the facts that whether to actively implement the concept of ecological civilization construction,deepen the environmental governance system and environmental governance modernization,and emphasize the regional coordinated development in our country.
