摘要
资产管理行业的高质量发展是顺应时代背景的必然产物,也是金融发挥资金融通功能的核心渠道。但随着资管行业的成熟,非标准化资产规模的迅速扩张,资管行业的风险进一步积累。监管部门于2018年颁布《资管新规》来完善行业统一监管细则,规范具体运作流程,但在监管的同时,也会对行业产生一定的影响。综上所述,本文在《资管新规》核心要点的基础上,通过行业的中微观主体进行分析,具体包括行业整体影响、具体行业机构影响等,并且细化相关结论建议。
The high-quality development of the asset management industry is an inevitable outcome of the times,and is also the core channel to play the function of financing in terms of finance.However,with the maturity of the asset management industry and the rapid expansion of non-standardized asset scale,the risks of the asset management industry are further accumulated.In 2018,the regulatory authorities issued New Regulations on Asset Management to improve the rules of unified supervision of the industry and standardize the specific operation process,but at the same time,it will also have a certain impact on the industry.To sum up,based on the core points of New Regulations on Asset Management,this paper analyzes the impact of the industry as a whole and the influence of specific industry institutions through the medium and micro subjects of the industry,and refines relevant conclusions and suggestions.
