摘要
近年来,随着退二进三政策的实施及城市化进程的加快,城市中滞留了一大批已经闲置或衰败的工业区,如何合理处置这些工业遗址是当今的首要问题。文章首先从城市双修设计理念的视角出发,结合“生态修复”与“城市修复”两大指导原则,以吴江桃园水泥厂为例进行研究。然后,从场地调研、建设步骤、人群及功能等方面进行分析,提出合理的吴江桃源水泥厂遗址改造设计策略。最后,通过AutoCAD、Sketchup及Photoshop等软件进行效果展示。以期为同类型城市工业遗址改造设计提供一定借鉴。
In recent years,with the implementation of the policy of"Retreat the Second and Forward the Third"and the rapid development of urbanization,a large number of idle or decayed industrial areas have been stranded in the city.How to deal with these industrial sites reasonably is the primary problem today.In this paper,from the perspective of urban double repair design concept,combining the two guiding principles of"ecological restoration"and"urban restoration",the case study of Wujiang Taoyuan Cement Plant was carried out.Then,from the site survey,construction steps,people and functions of the analysis,put forward a reasonable reconstruction strategy of Wujiang Taoyuan Cement Plant site.Finally,through AutoCAD,SketchUp and Photoshop and other software effect display,for the same type of urban industrial sites to provide reference.
