摘要
为提升政府管理部门办公自动化水平,针对办公自动化存在的实际问题,提出建设和完善现代办公自动化系统、创新发展移动办公模式、全面提升办公人员素质、建设完善的监督管理体系,积极应对信息安全问题等对策,可促进政府管理部门办公规范化、流程化、标准化,提高办公效率.
In order to improve the office automation level of government management departments,aiming at the practical problems existing in office automation,this paper proposed countermeasures such as building and improving modern office automation system,innovating and developing mobile office mode,comprehensively improving the quality of office personnel,building aperfect supervision and management system,and actively dealing with information security problems,which can promote the standardization,process and standardize and improve office efficiency.
