摘要
目的:掌握重庆市医疗服务水平与经济发展水平之间的协调发展程度及其在时间、空间上的变化趋势,以促进两个系统之间的协调发展。方法:利用熵值法计算重庆市各区县医疗服务水平和经济发展水平的综合指数,并进一步分析2015、2017、2019年重庆市各区县医疗服务水平与经济发展水平的耦合协调度、相对发展度和空间相关性。结果:重庆市中心城区的协调发展情况最好且一直处于进一步协调发展的状态;主城新区次之,但协调度出现了浮动下降的趋势;渝东北三峡库区城镇群的协调发展情况最不好且趋向失衡方向发展;渝东南武陵山区城镇群虽然协调发展情况较为不好但一直趋向协调发展。结论:重庆市整体医疗服务水平与经济发展水平虽然较为稳定,但市内各区县的协调发展仍不稳定,整体处于医疗服务水平滞后于经济发展水平的状态。耦合协调度在空间上聚集,集聚程度呈现出浮动增强的趋势。重庆市各区县医疗服务水平与经济发展水平耦合协调局域的高值聚集和低值聚集较为明显,热点、次热点、过渡热点区域主要集中在重庆市西部的主城区和主城新区,而次冷点、过渡冷点区域主要集中在东北部地区且出现范围扩大的趋势,中部地区主要为过渡区。
Objective To grasp the degree of coordinated development between medical service level and economic development level in Chongqing and its changing trend in time and space,and promote the coordinated development.Methods The entropy method was used to calculate the comprehensive index of medical service level and economic development level of each district and county in Chongqing.And the coupling coordination degree,relative development degree and spatial correlation between medical service level and economic development level of each district and county in Chongqing in 2015,2017 and 2019 were further analyzed.Results The coordinated development status of the central urban area of Chongqing was the best and was in the state of further coordinated development,followed with the new district of the main city,the coordination degree of which showed a trend of floating decline.The coordinated development of Three Gorges Reservoir area in northeast Chongqing is the worst and tends to unbalanced development.Although the coordinated development of Wuling Mountainous town group in southeastern Chongqing is not good,it has been developing in a coordinated way.Conclusion Although the overall level of medical service and economic development in Chongqing was relatively stable,the coordinated development of each district and county was still unstable,the overall level of medical service of which lagged behind the level of economic development.The coupling coordination degree aggregates in space,and the agglomeration degree presents a trend of floating enhancement.For medical service level and economic development level in each district and county of Chongqing,the local high and low value gathered coupling coordination were more apparent.
